- Medication Management – We offer Medication Management services which is more than performing the technical task of administering medication. We provide an iterative process that requires the utilization of nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment to ensure safe medication use.
- 24-Hour Supervision – Our staff is available on call to provide guidance and consult to caregivers. We offer monthly supervision by a nurse or care manager to ensure that members benefit from the Multidisciplinary team.
- Housekeeping
- Nursing Oversight – We offer clinical monitoring to effectively address the distinct needs and challenges presented in adult Foster Care.
